eDiscovery Analyst
Position Summary: The eDiscovery Analyst, specializing in Relativity, Reveal or Everlaw, plays a pivotal role in our organization, responding for overseeing and managing e-discovery projects from inception to completion. This position requires a deep understanding of e-discovery processes, relevant technologies, and legal requirements (ESI). The successful candidate will work closely with case teams, law firms, and clients to ensure the efficient and defensible handling of electronically stored information.
I. Responsibilities:
Project Management:
• Collaborate with case teams to plan, manage, and execute e-discovery projects, encompassing all phases of the ESI lifecycle.
• Prepare project recommendations, budgets, and comprehensive project plans.
• Maintain clear communication with case teams and management regarding project status, ESI management issues, budget updates, and production planning.
• Coordinate the production of ESI to external parties.
• Track and manage received, loaded, and produced ESI, ensuring data integrity and quality.
• Provide support for e-discovery and case management systems.
Best Practices and Consultation:
• Consult with case teams on e-discovery best practices and tailor workflows to meet the unique needs of each case.
• Implement standard e-discovery workflows and leverage advanced technology to achieve client objectives.
• Stay informed about industry trends, relevant case law, and rule-making, and advise on their application to specific cases.
• Assist attorneys with Rule 26(f) conferences and other e-discovery-related meetings.
• Collaborate with lawyers and clients to identify potentially relevant data through interviews and IT resources.Process Improvement:
• Collaborate with management and clients to identify and implement enhancements to processes, reporting, and documentation to improve service quality and client satisfaction.
• Thoroughly document project details in the applicable tracking systems.
II. Job Specifications:
• In-depth knowledge of the e-discovery process, including evolving legal standards, industry trends, and e-discovery technologies such as Relativity, Reveal or Everlaw.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in meeting strict deadlines under time constraints.
• Commitment to delivering the highest quality service to both internal and external clients.
III. Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Juris Doctor (JD) and litigation practice experience are advantageous.
• Minimum of four years of experience managing e-discovery projects.
• Extensive experience with e-discovery software and hardware, with specific expertise in Relativity being beneficial.
IV. Work Requirements:
• This is a remote role.
• Availability to monitor and respond to emails and phone calls after hours and on weekends.


Project Manager
Position Summary: The Project Manager role is responsible for high level management, delegation, and execution of day-to-day e-discovery project tasks. The role involves concurrently managing multiple projects of varying complexity. The incumbent will collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, IT personnel, and other members of the counsel and/or client legal team to ensure the successful completion of e-discovery matters. Project Manager must also mentor, train and delegate to an assigned team of Project Coordinators.
I. Job Specifications:
Management of Projects:
• Providing end-to-end oversight of discovery matters and serving as primary client point of contact.
• Providing expertise and consultative advice regarding data collections, processing, review workflows, analytics, and production/export deliverables.
• Creating and maintaining project schedules, including defining activities, sequence, dependencies, work effort, duration and associated resource requirements.• Developing and managing relationships with internal teams.
• Defining, communicating, implementing and monitoring quality standards on all project deliverables.
• Planning and managing internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables.• Serving as expert on Right Discovery’s review platforms and proprietary offerings.
• Forecasting, tracking and managing project budgets and invoices.
• Successfully overseeing multiple, concurrent projects.
• Generating and distributing reporting metrics for processed requests and KPI’s on a regular basis.
• Developing strong client relationships through collaborative, consultative service.
II. Project Team Leadership:
• Leading an assigned team of project managers and project coordinators.
• Serve as a point of escalation for junior members of the team.
• Managing utilization and project assignment within the project team.
• Providing training and supervision for junior team members.
III. Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree or minimum of 5 years in the litigation support / legal industry.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Senior Project Manager.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of Relativity review platform.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple, concurrent projects involving cross-functional teams within budgetary and schedule constraints.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and maintain client satisfaction.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate client needs.
• The ability to confront unexpected problems quickly and effectively.
• Strong teamwork, communication (written and oral), client management, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project teams, including teams of supporting project managers.
• Experience with or understanding handling forensic collections is a plus.


Document Reviewer
Position Summary: Right Discovery is looking for attorneys who are actively licensed and in good standing in any US jurisdiction, who desire an engaging work environment where you are valued and respected. We have a strong pipeline of remote projects and have an ongoing need for document review attorneys.
Requirements:
• License Requirements: Must be actively licensed and in good standing in a US jurisdiction.
• Platform Experience: Prior experience with Relativity (or other eDiscovery platform) preferred.
• Technology Requirements: Windows 10 with latest updates applied or newer/ MacOS X El Capitan or newer; 4GB of RAM; 4 core CPU; Antivirus installed and updated; Physical laptop or desktop computer; High speed internet; No VPN or Proxy connections; Non-public WIFI/Secured WIFI connections; Smartphone or Mobile phone or multi-factor authentication using Duo.
• Availability Requirements: Must be available minimum of 40 hours per week for the duration of the review during standard business hours; No concurrent document review or other legal employment permitted while working with Right Discovery unless cleared with us.
• Clear criminal background check Qualifications:
• Must have an active bar license in any US jurisdiction
• Experience working with at least one online review tool (Relativity, Reveal, Everlaw, etc)
• Strong attention to detail
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to retain complex work directions
• Tech-savvy
