With more than 20 years of experience across operations, eDiscovery, forensic technology, and advanced analytics, Fidel brings a powerful combination of technical expertise and strategic leadership to the growing Right Discovery team.

Fidel has built a distinguished career helping organizations drive efficiency, scale operations, and deliver high-impact client solutions. Known for his ability to bridge technical depth with practical execution, he has led complex initiatives spanning discovery and data management, forensic investigations, and predictive analytics.

Based in Greenwich, Connecticut, Fidel has held leadership roles at Dominion Cyber Forensics & Investigations, BDO USA, Control Risks, Navigant, and FTI Consulting. Throughout his career, he has managed highly sensitive and complex engagements while driving innovation through automation, data analysis, and adaptive reporting.

Fidel’s expertise spans a wide range of industries, including banking, insurance, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, media and entertainment, manufacturing, telecommunications, hospitality, and distribution. His experience in artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, and scalable reporting solutions directly supports Right Discovery’s continued investment in next-generation technologies and client-focused innovation.

Prior to joining Right Discovery, Fidel served as Director of Discovery & Data Management at Dominion Cyber Forensics & Investigations. He also held a Director role at BDO USA, where he led complex engagements and developed customized solutions to meet evolving client needs. His earlier experience includes leadership positions across global consultancies, where he specialized in eDiscovery, cybersecurity, digital forensics, big data, and operational strategy.

Fidel earned his Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from Brown University and is fluent in both French and Spanish.

In his new role, Fidel will oversee operational strategy and execution, working closely with leadership to enhance service delivery, optimize processes, and continue building scalable solutions that drive client success.
