DALLAS, TX – Right Discovery is pleased to announce the appointment of Joseph Manriquez as Director of Operations, bringing more than a decade of hands-on experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, and legal technology to the company’s leadership team.
Joseph brings extensive experience managing complex, multi-matter operations for Am Law firms and corporate legal teams. His background spans the full eDiscovery lifecycle, from ESI collection and data ingestion through processing, analytics, AI-assisted review, quality control, production, and client delivery. Throughout his career, he has combined technical expertise with practical matter management, helping legal teams navigate complex workflows, optimize processes, and keep projects moving efficiently.
His technical credentials further distinguish his expertise. Joseph holds the Relativity Master designation, along with specialized certifications in Relativity Processing, Review Management, Data Management, and Analytics. He is also an Everlaw Litigation Support Manager and holds certifications in Reveal, Brainspace, VenioOne, and iCONECT. Complementing these credentials is his hands-on experience with AI-assisted review, predictive coding, analytics, ESI collections, data processing and ingestion, productions, and cross-platform migrations. This combination of technical depth and practical experience gives him a broad understanding of how to align technology and workflows with the needs of each matter.
As Director of Operations, Joseph will help strengthen Right Discovery’s operational capabilities while advancing the company’s commitment to responsive, solutions-focused client service. His experience coordinating technical operations, managing concurrent matters, developing workflows and best practices, leading technology training, and maintaining strong client relationships will support consistent, efficient, and scalable service delivery.

His approach is grounded in continuous improvement and clear communication as Joseph’s experience includes developing intake workflows and process documentation, leading technology onboarding and training, overseeing quality control and progress reporting, and recommending workflow improvements. These capabilities complement his technical background and reinforce his focus on helping teams work effectively while keeping clients informed throughout the process.
Outside of work, Joseph enjoys exploring the outdoors, hiking, and spending time with his family. He and his partner have their hands full, keeping up with their two-year-old son and two dogs, but Joseph somehow always finds time for hot yoga. While it could be an unexpected hobby, it is fitting for someone who seems to enjoy staying active in just about every part of life.
He holds a Master of Arts in Business Management from Azusa Pacific University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Loyola Marymount University.
