It’s festive in its own way. And if you look closely, behind every smooth production, every error-free load file, and every “miraculously clean” export is a little bit of holiday magic — and usually a Right Discovery elf quietly fixing what the rest of us pretended we didn’t break!
This time of year can be one of the busiest for the legal world. Deadlines don’t take PTO, motions don’t wait for Santa, and custodians rarely choose December to get organized. Luckily, Kevin M. Clark — our Head Elf and CEO of our eDiscovery Workshop — leads the team with equal parts precision and good cheer.
